There's a different kind of exhaustion that comes from disconnection…

Spiritual disconnection doesn't always look like a crisis. It can also look like:

  • Constantly seeking the right answer, the right decision, the right way to be… but never feeling satisfied with what you find.

  • People pleasing — prioritizing others’ comfort at the expense of your own.

  • Being deeply sensitive or empathetic — to the point where the world, other people's emotions, the news, or a hard conversations can unseat you from your power.

  • A spiritual life that feels confusing, frightening, lonely, or impossible — either from previous experiences or never having found a personal connection to the divine.

  • Being highly self-aware… but still feeling like you don't know or trust yourself.

  • The persistent sense that you are living for something external — approval, belonging, achievement — rather than creating a life that is meaningful to you.

I know what it’s like to feel spiritually adrift…

A few years ago I was navigating a career change, international move, and the beginnings of — what I now know was — a spiritual awakening. I had spent years working in humanitarian aid, in some of the most destabilizing environments on earth, but this was a different kind of disorientation.

It was like everything I had assumed to be true, everything I grew up believing about myself, God, and life, was unrecognizable to me. It was overwhelming, confusing, and I found myself questioning everything. I kept asking myself, “What is God?”, “Who am I?”, “How can I recognize truth if I believed something not-true for so long?”

I knew there was no going back to the way things were. But rather than dread, it felt like something much bigger was opening up…

I learned everything I could about personal power, psychology and spirituality. I earned two Master’s degrees (in Counseling and “War & Psychiatry”), attended spiritual and professional workshops, learned from a wide range of experts, and worked with spiritual guides.

Finally, through years of embodiment and testing, I found what I had been looking for: a reliable path to personal truth and spiritual fulfillment.

Sacred Self is what I would teach myself if I could go back in time.

This is not a belief system; not someone else's map to follow. It is a lantern for the path you're already on. A compass to navigate your spiritual journey — sustainably, confidently, and with a direct line to your inner wisdom.

Sacred Self: The Foundational Path

Sacred Self is a collection of timeless tools, skills, and resources for personal growth and spiritual freedom. It is led in an intentional three-part progression:

First, you’ll connect with your innermost truth.

You might call this your intuition, inner wisdom, or inner knowing — it’s the most authentic part of you. You’ll learn how to cut through the noise of social conditioning, survival patterns, and people pleasing. I’ll also share the transformative emotional-regulation and energy-protecting practices I teach all of my therapy clients.

Part 1: The Inner Dance

Part 2: The Outer Dance

Once you have a strong sense of personal sovereignty, you’ll practice it in daily life.

You’ll be able to deepen your relationships, manage external influences, and rediscover your sense of personal power as you interact with the world. This module will help you stay grounded and in touch with your inner truth no matter the circumstances.

Part 3: The Dimensional Dance

With a strong sense of self and practice in your daily life, you can confidently access the spiritual world.

You’ll be able to play in the unknown, connect with sources of spiritual wisdom, and maintain sovereignty over your energy. You’ll be guided in foundational spiritual practices, as well as tools for staying grounded, evaluating for truth, and avoiding common missteps.

After Sacred Self

You’ll Be Able to:

  • Compassionately release the beliefs, patterns, and conditioning that no longer serves you.

  • Recognize and create boundaries based on your needs and desires, not arbitrary or cultural norms.

  • Apply my process for discerning personal truth from the noise, expectations and energy of others.

  • Embody your desires and personal truth by shedding internalized guilt, fear, and shame.

  • Create your life, relationships, and belief system from a place of intention — not external influence.

Past Students Are Saying…

“I joined Sacred Self because I was struggling to get the self discovery and emotional progress that I wanted from traditional methods, plus - I wanted to grow spiritually. The course helped me on my journey towards what I was looking for and gave me something I hadn’t gotten anywhere else!

The lessons helped me to better relate to my emotions and access my intuition. I had some meaningful breakthrough experiences as a result of applying what I learned. I now see it as possible to connect with my inner child and intuition in ways I didn’t know I could.

This course also gave me a wealth of ways to approach situations and helped me to have some emotional breakthroughs and meaningful spiritual experiences.

Juli’s brightness and knowledgeability are a gift!”

“I signed up because I love Juli’s work, wanted to deepen the basics for myself, and was ready for some play!

This course delivered. The pacing and information was my favorite part, and Juli is so good at what she does. This course changed the way that I put myself out into the world - it made it possible for me to stop hiding.

For anyone who is considering this course, but unsure if whether they should go for it I’d say - you will not regret it! You will have a deepening of your relationship to yourself through this work.”
